These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.Shipping policies
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from the receipt of payment; the period varies according to the quantity of products requested. In some cases, a partial delivery agreement may be reached. If a rush order is required, we ask that you contact info@phedra.mx to discuss available options.
The shipping cost is estimated according to the size, weigh and quantity of products and it will be calculated at the time of payment.
Prices
- Sales in Mexico will add VAT cost.
Phedra reserves the right to change prices at any time and without having to give notice to user, and to accept or decline a purchase order, even after receiving a purchase receipt from the customer. If an order is declined after the payment of it, Phedra will make a refund for the total amount of said purchase.

Manufacturing variations
All our products are handmade items and, as such, are subject to the following variations, which are not considered defects or failures:- Size and shape. Because of being a handmade product, there may be minimal variants of size and design.
- Color. Most of our textiles are stained with natural pigments so there may have minimal variants of color.
- Copper items. The copper patina can have minimal variations from one product to other.
- Lava stone carving. Because of being a natural stone, the color of the stone may vary from one product to other.
- Cotton. The type of cotton and weave used reduces the possibility of textiles shrinkage, however, shrinkage of 3-5% is expected in each textil; this % has been previously considered in the final size of textiles.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Guarantee
Our products are handmade and, therefore, can not have an unconditional guarantee. However, we will repair or replace any defective product. Phedra offers 30 days of guarantee in all its products that may have a manufacturing defect, as long as it is proven to be defective or unusable. This warranty is void if the user or customer has not followed the care instructions that Phedra provides for its products.As a clarification, a product is not defective if there is a manufacturing variation of those mentioned above (please refer to manufacturing variations section).
Any misuse will void this warranty. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, you must provide the following:
- Photographic evidence of the item and packaging to support your claim
- Detailed information about the conditions in which you received the product and its packaging
- Invoice number
- Purchase date
Order cancellation
Because orders are being processed as soon as possible, only order cancellations are allowed during the first 24 hours from the order confirmation online, after cancellation, the refund procedure will be initiated. Any cancellation that occurs after 24 hours and, prior to shipment, will have a refund of only 60% of the total order. Once the order is in transit, please refer to the returns section.
Order cancellations only apply for products in stock; products on request or with special design, no refund applies.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, we own the copyright and intellectual property rights (IP) of the content of this website. Part of the IP of the content may be owned by another person, if that is the case, it is included in our website under a license or agreement.
Any copy, download, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, modification or communication of the site or any content is prohibited. If you wish to publish, extract, reproduce, diffuse or use content from this website, you must obtain prior written permission from Phedra and any other entity that has the right to participate in the relevant intellectual property.
The site contains registered trademarks that are protected by law. You don't have permission to use these trademarks, except with our prior written permission.
